If a toddler threw a temper tantrum in a store their could be many different approaches to it. You can tell them that if they keep throwing a fit that you will not get them anything in the store again for them. You could also calmly take him or her to a private place like a bathroom or car to let the toddler cry and whine. You must not give in to your child because then they will learn what they can and can not get, which children these days, parents need to say no more.
